My aunt and uncle were in the Peace Corps in Morocco and Peru, and one year my Mom dressed me as a combination Moroccan/Peruvian girl with authentic (and beautiful!) clothing they had sent me. I won my school contest (2nd grade I think?). I know - what an impressive answer.
